Modern farmhouse project, designed for a client from Chicago and located by Lake Michigan.

This two-story home boasts a spacious 7,500 sq. ft. of living space and six comfortable bedrooms. This design is a combination of contemporary and traditional elements, with a focus on functionality and livability.

The exterior of the building is constructed with LP SmartSide siding panels and black lap siding, providing a sleek, low-maintenance finish. The black aluminum windows add a touch of modern sophistication while ensuring energy efficiency.

We did the concept design, provided a complete set of construction plans, and delivered 3D renderings of the final product.
